History
Nevis is an island that was colonized for two thousand years by Native Americans and it was in 1493 that Christopher Columbus saw it. It was an island where an indigenous Native American people resided with others from their neighbor. The name of the island means land of beautiful waters in the local language.

This is a museum which is located on the island of Nevis and was built in 1680 and destroyed in 1840. The museum was rebuilt and restored in 1983. It is a building with a lot of history.
