Marsh harbor
Marsh Harbor is a town on Abaco Island which is in the Bahamas. It is a city of 6,283 inhabitants and is the third largest city in the country. It is a city which has an economic activity oriented towards tourism with its attractions. It is a colony that sits on a peninsula just off the Great Abaco Hightway. The city has a full service that is available on Abaco Island with economic activities such as bookstore, grocery stores, specialty stores, among others. History
For the history of the city, there are some notable and important dates and events that have marked the city. Indeed, after leaving Marsh Harbor airport, the American singer Aaliyah died in a plane crash and that was in 2001. The history of the city is also for its representativeness in the Miss World contest and miss Bahamas and this with some success. Also, in 2019, Category 5 Hurricane Dorian hit the city with damage to several public structures.
