My name is Jeany Lachance. After a rewarding career as a special education teacher, I chose to bring my empathy, listening skills, and expertise to a new challenge.

Having worked as a travel advisor for several years, I am now delighted to begin an exciting new chapter with the wonderful team at Voyages Aqua Terra. I personally visit hotels, inspect accessible rooms, evaluate common areas, and assess the services offered to travelers with special needs.

I also experience cruise ships firsthand, reviewing onboard facilities as well as the accessibility of ports of call, allowing me to recommend products and destinations I truly know and trust.

Every trip enables me to update my knowledge and discover new accessible travel options for my clients.

My Current Favorite: Los Cabos, Mexico!

During a recent visit, I inspected several resorts to evaluate their true level of accessibility.

Among them, I discovered a property offering a remarkably well-designed accessible room for travelers with reduced mobility.
