Our Projects - Corporate Travel

We provide complete event management, from the initial scouting phase through to on-site execution. Based on the client’s needs, we handle destination and supplier sourcing, including request for proposal management, and set up a dedicated registration website for participants.

We oversee meeting room coordination, private and special event management, as well as careful monitoring of room inventory. Our team also handles complete registration management, including changes and cancellations, travel logistics (flights, trains, car rentals, rerouting and exceptions), as well as the development and management of payment schedules.

Finally, we provide an active on-site presence before, during and after the event to ensure a smooth, efficient and worry-free experience.
