No. The benefit included with the room at the three Premier hotels covers Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. For Universal Epic Universe, Express is bought separately by date, and not every attraction takes part. Worth checking before you choose the hotel, not after.

Largely, yes. Super Nintendo World and Isle of Berk hold family attractions, and the central garden walks with no queue at all. Dark Universe plays on the studio’s classic monsters and is worth judging against your children’s age and temperament. Your advisor can go through it attraction by attraction with you.
The park has its own gate and its own admission. Depending on the ticket you choose, it may or may not be included in a multi-park package. That is exactly the kind of detail an advisor settles in two minutes and that costs a vacation day when it surfaces at the turnstile.
