Yes. Club Med includes taxes and tips in the package price, at the restaurant, at the bar and during activities. You can leave a note or a gesture for the G.O team members who made your week, but nothing is expected. It is one of the reasons guests find the week so restful: the wallet stays in the room most of the time.
Yes, Wi-Fi is part of the all-inclusive formula, in the rooms as well as the Resort's common areas. Speed varies by destination and how busy it is, especially in the most remote or high-altitude Resorts. For a week of remote work or an important video call, talk to your advisor: they will tell you which Resorts suit best.
They are when flights are booked together with the Club Med stay. Your advisor books everything together, and a welcome team meets you at the airport on arrival. If you book your flights separately, the transfer can be added to the booking or arranged on site, depending on the destination.
Yes, Club Med membership fees are added to each booking, per adult and per child. They are shown clearly in your advisor's quote and are kept by Club Med in case of cancellation. They also enroll you in the Great Members loyalty program from your very first stay.
Cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks served by the glass are included. Champagne, some bottles and a few top-shelf brands are charged separately, and staff tell you before pouring. For a birthday or honeymoon toast, your advisor can arrange a bottle on arrival.
From 4 months, at Baby Club Med, in the Resorts that offer it. Petit Club Med then welcomes 2 and 3 year olds. These two clubs are at extra cost with limited spots. From age 4, Mini Club Med is included in the package, and teens aged 11 to 17 have their own club, also included.
Absolutely. Shared tables, group lessons and evenings led by the G.O team make it easy to meet people, even on a first stay. Several Resorts attract many solo travellers, especially outside school holidays. Your advisor explains the terms for single occupancy and which weeks are the most sociable.
Yes. Club Med Turkoise, in Turks and Caicos, is reserved for guests aged 18 and over, and other Resorts have Zen areas open only to adults. Club Med 2 welcomes passengers from age 8. Your advisor guides you according to the atmosphere you want, calm or lively.
Yes. In ski Resorts, group ski or snowboard lessons are included from age 4, in groups by level, as is the lift pass. Ski, boot and helmet rental is extra and can be booked in advance so the equipment is ready when you arrive.
Of course. The excursion desk offers full-day or half-day outings at extra cost: city tours, boat trips, hikes and cultural visits. You can also explore the area on your own. Your advisor suggests the excursions worth the trip for each destination.
