Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the resort welcomes children of all ages. Baby Club Med, from 4 to 23 months, and Petit Club Med, for ages 2 and 3, reopen on May 29, 2027, at extra cost. Until then, parents keep their little one with them, and the 50 m² connecting room makes naps easy. For summer 2027, book these limited spots early.
Yes. Spring break falls in early March, and the resort is open until March 17, 2027, then again from March 22. Nyepi, the Balinese day of silence, falls on March 8, 2027: if your week includes it, your advisor plans your flights around that day.
You need a passport valid for at least six months after your arrival date. Canadian travellers get a paid visa on arrival, which can also be requested online before departure, and Bali charges a tourist levy, payable online. Your advisor sends you the up-to-date list a few weeks before departure.
Bali is 13 hours ahead of Montreal in winter and 12 hours in summer. On your first day, stay outdoors in the daylight and go to bed on local time: children often adjust in two or three days. The calm of the resort helps a lot in finding your rhythm again.
Yes. Sunset yoga on the beach, Balinese massage classes, the spa and the outing to Tanah Lot temple make lovely moments for two. The Suites and Deluxe rooms offer more space. For a more intimate honeymoon, your advisor can also tell you about the villas in the Maldives.
Yes, group golf lessons are included in the package, whether you are a beginner or want to work on your swing. Nusa Dua is also known for its seaside golf course, close to the resort. Your advisor can tell you about tee times to book.
The resort offers a 28 m² adapted room. The site spreads over 14 hectares of gardens: tell your advisor your exact needs, so they can request a room close to the restaurants and the beach and arrange the airport transfer accordingly.
At Club Med, tipping is entirely at your discretion. If a trapeze instructor, a golf pro or an excursion guide made your stay, a gesture at the end of the trip is always welcome. On excursions, bring some local currency for temples and markets.
To enter a temple, cover your shoulders and legs, and tie a sarong at the waist, often lent or rented on site. At the resort, dress is casual: light cotton or linen clothes, swimsuit and sandals. Pack a light rain jacket from November to March.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available across the resort, in the rooms and common areas. It is enough to send photos and call family back in Quebec. With a 12- or 13-hour time difference, your Balinese evenings fall in Quebec's morning: handy for reaching everyone.
