Disney Village® sits between the two parks, Lake Disney and the Disney Hotels at Disneyland® Paris, and entry is free. Most visitors do not realize it.

That changes your trip. Arrival day and departure day, the days with no park ticket, stop being dead time.

What is there

Restaurants, shops, a cinema and shows, with open-air Music Sessions concerts in season. It is also the practical answer for a late dinner once the parks close and the hotel restaurants are full.

The right first evening

Off an overnight flight from Toronto or Montreal, with the first park day still ahead, the Village is the easy win: no queues, no early alarm, dinner and a walk by the lake, and everyone sees the place before the big day. Plan it in rather than discovering it on the way out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Disney Village is free to enter with no park ticket, which makes it the natural plan for arrival and departure days. You can have dinner, shop, catch a movie or enjoy an open-air concert in season, then walk back to your Disney Hotel. It is one of the most useful things to know when you build a Disneyland Paris itinerary.
Yes, and it is often the best option. Several Village restaurants stay open after park closing, which helps when hotel restaurants are full. On busy evenings, book ahead: a number of restaurants can be reserved in the official Disneyland Paris app, so you are not left waiting with tired children. Opening hours vary by restaurant and season.
Disney Village sits on the natural path between the Disney Hotels and the park gates. Disneyland Hotel, Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Hotel Santa Fe are within walking distance. Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, in the forest, requires a car.
Yes, during the day and early evening, with family restaurants, shops and a lively atmosphere. It becomes more adult late at night, especially on weekends. With small children, plan an early dinner and head back to the hotel before the late-evening crowd arrives. The paths are pedestrian-only, which makes strolling with a stroller easy.
A cinema, seasonal open-air Music Sessions concerts and a lakeside walk between the Disney Hotels. A whole evening fills itself without a park ticket, which is exactly why we build a Village evening into most first nights after a transatlantic flight. Some events and concerts are seasonal, so we check the schedule for your dates before you leave.
Disney Village works well for end-of-trip shopping because entry is free and the shops stay open into the evening. Many families save their purchases for the last night so they are not carrying bags through the parks. Leave some room in the suitcases for the flight home. Disney Village is also a short walk from the Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station.
