Disneyland® Paris changes its look twice every fall. Pumpkins arrive at the end of September, Christmas trees in early November, and the same park becomes a different trip.

For Canadian families, the season is chosen at the same time as the flights. Here are the dates Disney has announced for 2026-2027 and what they change on the ground.

When is the Disney Halloween Festival 2026?

The Disney Halloween Festival runs from September 26 to November 1, 2026 at Disneyland Park. For five weeks, Main Street, U.S.A. is dressed in pumpkins, garlands and candles, and its stained-glass windows feature Maleficent and Ursula.

What is there to see at Halloween?

The Mickey's Halloween Celebration cavalcade rolls down Main Street with four floats, ending with Mickey's. Disney Villains from Maleficent to Cruella and Captain Hook come out to greet guests, and Jack Skellington and Sally meet visitors through a virtual queue in the app.

In Frontierland, the décor draws on the Day of the Dead around Casa de Coco. Kids can join the hunt for the mysterious doors, a trail game that ends with a sweet treat.

When does Christmas start at Disneyland Paris in 2026?

Disney Enchanted Christmas runs from November 7, 2026 to January 6, 2027. It is the most requested season of the year, and Disney Hotels fill up early for December.

Book in the fall if you are flying from Canada. Mid-November and early December offer the same decorations with fewer people than the holiday weeks.

What is Christmas in Arendelle?

It is the first Christmas at World of Frozen, which opened at Disney Adventure World in March 2026. Anna and Elsa lead a ceremony by the fjord, the Arendelle carollers get everyone singing, and Elsa's magic turns the village white with snow. Kristoff and friends from Arendelle also come out to meet families.

What is Christmas like at Disneyland Park?

"Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade!" runs by day and by night on Main Street, U.S.A., with Mickey, his friends, Disney Princesses and Santa Claus. The giant tree in Town Square lights up several times a day, and snow sometimes falls on Main Street.

At Videopolis, "Let's Sing Christmas!" brings together Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Clarabelle for a show where the whole room sings along. The Chalets Gourmands market returns for the season, and the Disney Hotels put on their holiday décor.

Which season is best for a trip from Canada?

Halloween suits families who like fall colours and milder days. Christmas is magical, but Paris is cold and the crowds peak during French school holidays. Outside the festive seasons, spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to walk all day. For March break, pack warm layers and use the covered arcades along Main Street.

What is coming in 2027?

On April 12, 2027, Disneyland Paris will celebrate its 35th anniversary. Disney has not yet revealed the details, and this page will be updated as soon as they are announced.
