Disneyland® Paris tickets are dated: you choose your park days in advance and the ticket is valid for those dates. It is the first thing to sort out before you leave, and it is easier to settle in your package than the night before on a phone.

Here is how tickets, Disney Premier Access and the family services work.

Which tickets should you choose?

A one-day ticket gives access to one park, Disneyland Park or Disney Adventure World, or to both parks on the same day, depending on the option. Multi-day tickets usually include both parks, so you can walk between them as you like. Children under 3 enter free, children aged 3 to 11 pay the child rate, and adult pricing starts at 12. Tickets are generally not sold at the gates, so book before you leave.

How many days do you need?

For a first visit, two days give you one day per park. Three days let you go back to the rides your family enjoyed most without rushing and enjoy the nighttime shows. Beyond that, add rest, Disney Village or a day in Paris.

What is Disney Premier Access?

Disney Premier Access is the paid service that gives access to a dedicated queue at some attractions for an extra charge. It is sold in the official Disneyland Paris app on the day, subject to availability, for a single attraction or as a bundle. Its name and rules are specific to Disneyland Paris, and some attractions also offer a free Single Rider line.

Do you need the Disneyland Paris app?

Yes. It shows wait times, show and character schedules and the park map. You buy Disney Premier Access in it, reserve seats for some shows for an extra charge, and book restaurants up to two months ahead, or as soon as your stay is confirmed at some restaurants for Disney Hotel guests. Download it before you leave.

What is Disney PhotoPass?

Disney PhotoPass photographers work throughout the parks and hotels, and some attractions capture a photo during the ride. Ask for a Disney PhotoPass card, then view and buy your high-resolution digital photos at PhotoPass points in the parks and hotels.

Which services help families?

Rider Switch lets parents take turns on a ride without queuing twice: one parent rides while the other waits with the children, then hands over the pass. Each park has a Baby Care Center with changing tables, a nursing area and a small kitchen. Pregnant guests can ask for a wristband giving priority, though not immediate, access to some attractions, shows and character meets. MagicALL, the Disneyland Paris accessibility approach, groups services for guests with disabilities, and accessibility maps are available at City Hall and in the Disney Hotels.

What about pets?

Pets are not allowed in the parks, but a paid kennel near the visitor car park looks after dogs and cats for the day. Space is limited and it does not take reservations. Disney Davy Crockett Ranch welcomes dogs in its bungalows.

Yes. Tickets are dated and booked before your visit, online or as part of a package, and they are generally not sold at the park gates, especially on busy days. When you book through Voyages AquaTerra, tickets are included in your hotel package, so your park days are settled before you even leave Canada.
Children under 3 enter free and do not need a ticket. Children aged 3 to 11 pay the child rate, and adult pricing applies from age 12. Check each child's age on the date of your visit rather than the booking date, so there are no surprises at the gate when you arrive. Children's tickets are included in our family packages.

Strollers are welcome throughout the parks but must be left outside the attractions. A stroller rain cover is worth packing for wet days, which are common in the Paris region. Parents can also use Rider Switch on the bigger rides.
