Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and Sunday is the usual arrival day for Club Med ski stays. After an overnight flight from Quebec and about a 2-hour transfer, you reach the resort in the afternoon. Your advisor adjusts the timing so the wait stays short.
Your lift pass is ready at check-in, at the resort. It gives access to the lifts and gondolas, and since the resort sits at the foot of the slopes, you ski on the first morning with no ticket office. Your advisor confirms the exact coverage of the included pass on Paradiski.
Yes. The resort's ski shop rents skis, snowboards, boots and helmets, and rental can be booked online before departure through the easy arrival service. Your equipment is waiting when you arrive. Rental is at extra cost, and your advisor can add it to your booking.
Lessons are taught by instructors from the École du Ski Français. Children are placed in 9 levels, adults in 5 ski levels or 3 snowboard levels, over 5 days in a typical week. For ages 4 to 7, you choose a half day or a full day.
The resort offers private lockers for skis, boots and poles between ski days. The ski room opens straight onto the slopes: you pick up your equipment in the morning and click in as you walk out. If you rent at the resort's ski shop, everything happens in the same place.
France uses the euro. Outlets are type C and E, at 230 volts: bring an adapter for your North American devices and check that your chargers accept that voltage. Most phone and laptop chargers handle it without any trouble, so a simple plug adapter is usually all you need.
Drinks served by the glass are included, as are snacks. Champagne, premium spirits and bottles on the menu are at extra cost. To celebrate a birthday or a honeymoon, your advisor tells you what can be ordered on site and how to plan it.
Yes, the resort town runs its Olympic bobsleigh track, a thrill that teens and adults love. You can also try ice climbing. These resort-town activities are at extra cost. Your advisor helps you plan the outing on the best day of your week.
Free shuttles link the different parts of La Plagne, handy for shopping or exploring another area of the resort town at the end of the day. For skiing, the resort sits at the foot of the slopes: you leave and return on your skis, with no shuttle needed.
It is a playful run built with banked turns and small bumps that helps children progress while having fun. Young skiers gain confidence there between lessons, and parents enjoy it just as much. It is often the families' favourite run of the week.
