Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and Sunday is the usual arrival day for Club Med ski stays. After an overnight flight from Quebec and the climb to 2,300 metres, you reach the resort in the afternoon. Your advisor adjusts the transfer time so the wait stays short.
Your lift pass is ready at check-in, at the resort. It gives access to the lifts and gondolas, and since the runs come right into the resort, you ski on the first morning with no ticket office. Your advisor confirms the exact coverage of the included pass on Les 3 Vallées.
Yes. The resort's ski shop rents skis, snowboards, boots and helmets, and rental can be booked online before departure through the easy arrival service. Your equipment is waiting when you arrive. Rental is at extra cost, and your advisor can add it to your booking.
Adults are placed in 5 ski levels or 3 snowboard levels, over 5 days in a typical week. From the skier getting their confidence back to the expert keen to explore Les 3 Vallées, everyone finds their group. Teens also take group lessons included in the package.
The resort offers private lockers for skis, boots and poles between ski days. You leave your equipment there in the evening and pick it up in the morning to head straight onto the slopes. If you rent at the resort's ski shop, everything happens in the same place.
France uses the euro. Outlets are type C and E, at 230 volts: bring an adapter for your North American devices and check that your chargers accept that voltage. Most phone and laptop chargers handle it without any trouble, so a simple plug adapter is usually all you need.
Drinks served by the glass, wines and cocktails included, are part of the package, as are snacks. Champagne, premium spirits and bottles on the menu are at extra cost. For a birthday among friends, your advisor tells you what can be ordered on site.
Yes, the resort stays open until May 1, 2027, and the altitude keeps snow in good shape late in the season. April brings long sunny days, quieter runs and afternoons on the terrace. It is a lovely time for a couple or a group of friends with flexible dates.
Vanoise National Park, some twenty kilometres away, is home to ibex and chamois. Courchevel, 15 km away, is ideal for a shopping outing. At the resort, the atrium climbing wall and the Sothys Spa, at extra cost, fill half a day nicely.
Yes, for a couple who loves to ski, it is a beautiful choice: runs at the door, sunsets from the terrace and a hammam facing the mountains. A suite or a Deluxe room gives more space. Your advisor can let the resort know about the occasion when you book.
