Club Med Québec Charlevoix is a 293-room all-inclusive ski resort in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, at the top of Le Massif de Charlevoix, about an hour from Old Québec and 90 minutes from Québec City airport. It offers three room families, Superior, Deluxe and the suites of the Exclusive Collection Space, a Nordic-inspired spa, an indoor pool overlooking the river and kids clubs from 4 months to 17 years. The 2026-2027 ski season runs from December 4 to April 9.

What rooms does Club Med Québec Charlevoix offer?

Rooms blend modern design with references to Québec's First Nations, down to dreamcatcher-shaped headboards. Depending on orientation, the window looks onto the St. Lawrence or the forest: your advisor requests a river view whenever possible.

What facilities does the hotel have?

The slopes are ski-in ski-out. The resort has the Terroir & Co and Le Chalet restaurants, a bar, an indoor pool overlooking the river, an outdoor hot tub and the Nordic-inspired Club Med Spa by Sothys with sauna and hammam. There is also a fitness room, a circus and trapeze area, a boutique and covered parking, with electric-vehicle charging stations at extra cost. Baie-Saint-Paul hospital is 25 minutes away.

Which activities are included, and which cost extra?

• Included: Le Massif de Charlevoix lift pass, group ski and snowboard lessons from age 4, snowshoeing, Nordic walking, fitness and yoga classes, pool, hot tub, après-ski snacks and evening shows.
• Extra: ski and snowboard equipment rental, spa treatments, horse-drawn sleigh rides, excursions to Old Québec or around the region, champagne and bottles from the wine list.

The river, first. Le Massif has the greatest vertical drop in eastern Canada, 770 metres, and its 53 runs head down toward the frozen St. Lawrence. Our travellers then mention the 7.5 km sled run and the indoor pool facing the river at the end of the day.
