Cabin 16007 aboard MSC Divina is a YC3 Royal Suite designed with input from Sophia Loren herself, who christened the ship on 26 May 2012. It even includes a replica of her dressing table. Nothing comparable exists on the other three Fantasia-class ships, and it books far in advance.

Guests who love Carnival's party energy or Royal Caribbean's activity density often find MSC Divina flat. Dining variety is thin for a ship this size, and main dining room service draws uneven reviews. Couples hunting for adults-only space will find very little outside the Yacht Club enclave.
MSC Divina is the only one of the four with a genuine American career, spending nearly six years homeported year-round in Miami. She also carries the Sophia Loren suite and a two-storey Swarovski crystal staircase. Her hull holds 114 more cabins than MSC Fantasia, built into the modified version of the class.
MSC Voyagers Club covers the entire fleet including MSC Divina, across six tiers from Welcome to Blue Diamond. The Brazilian season means routing through Toronto or Panama City into São Paulo on an overnight flight. Book a pre-cruise hotel night in every case, since transatlantic baggage delays peak in high season.
MSC Divina offers 1,751 cabins, most with balconies. Some Yacht Club suites have floor-to-ceiling windows instead of balconies, and certain YC1 suites sit behind lifeboats with partial views, so confirm the exact cabin number before deposit. Rooms near the Pantheon Theatre and the disco pick up late-evening noise.
MSC Divina recorded a man overboard on 18 June 2014, an uncommon but real event on ships this size. She was also caught up in the environmental protests against large cruise ships transiting Venice. No major technical casualty appears in her record since entering service in 2012.
